About Site Linden Field
Official Business Information
Registered business name: Site Linden Field
Established: 2018
Registered office: Office 7, 21 Test-gil, Paldal-gu, Suwon 00000, South Korea
Our History
Site Linden Field began in 2018 when founder Yoon Seo-jin noticed a recurring pattern among clients at a Suwon legal stationery shop: families arrived with scattered notes about offline wallets and vault locations but no single document their heirs could follow. Yoon had spent twelve years preparing bound reference volumes for a regional archive and applied the same indexing discipline to private family documentation.
By 2020, the practice moved to its current office on Test-gil and added on-site storage review visits across Gyeonggi Province. Today we serve roughly forty families per year, ranging from individual cold-wallet holders to small family offices managing multiple reserve locations.
What We Do
We prepare physical heir instruction folders. Each folder documents where offline wallets and reserve assets are stored, who is responsible for each section, and what steps heirs should take to recover or transfer holdings. We write in plain Korean and English, use archival materials, and deliver bound volumes designed to last decades in a filing cabinet or safe.
Our Approach
Documentation happens face to face. We do not accept instructions by email alone for folder contents that involve recovery steps or storage locations. Every page passes through a draft review where you mark corrections before binding.
We photograph storage locations during on-site sessions when you authorize it. Photographs are printed on acid-free paper and inserted behind numbered tabs — never stored on our servers.
People
Yoon Seo-jin — Founder and lead document preparer. Former archival binding specialist. Handles folder assembly and client consultations.
Kim Min-ho — Field reviewer. Conducts on-site storage reviews across Gyeonggi and Seoul. Background in facilities management and secure storage logistics.
Park Eun-ji — Office coordinator. Schedules sessions, manages courier deliveries, and maintains client correspondence records on paper ledgers in our office.
Values
Clarity over completeness — a folder that heirs can actually use matters more than documenting every theoretical scenario. Physical durability — we choose materials that survive humidity and decades of shelf storage. Confidentiality — client materials remain in our office only during active work and are returned or destroyed per your instruction after delivery.
Relationship to Clients
Most clients return every two to three years for folder updates when they add wallets or change storage locations. We do not sell ongoing subscriptions. You contact us when your situation changes, and we quote the update scope before any work begins.
