4. Storage and Retention
Client documentation materials are stored in our Suwon office during active projects. After delivery, physical materials are returned to clients or destroyed per client instruction within 30 days.
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months in our office correspondence ledger, then destroyed.
Business records required for tax and regulatory compliance are retained for seven years per Korean commercial law.
5. International Transfers
Our primary operations are in South Korea. If you contact us from outside Korea, your information is processed in South Korea. We do not routinely transfer client data internationally. Bilingual folders may reference heir contacts residing abroad; that information is included only at your direction.
