Refund Policy
Overview
Site Linden Field provides in-person documentation services with materials prepared specifically for each client. Refund terms reflect the custom nature of this work.
Deposits
Heir folder preparation requires a 40% deposit to schedule the documentation session. Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 5 business days before the scheduled session date.
Deposits are non-refundable if:
- You cancel within 5 business days of the scheduled session
- You fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show)
- Draft pages have been approved and binding has commenced
Full and Partial Refunds
Before documentation session: Full refund of any payment made, minus a ₩30,000 administrative fee if cancellation occurs within 5 business days of the session.
After documentation session, before draft approval: Partial refund of 50% of total quoted fee. Work completed during the session (draft pages, photographs) is delivered to you in unbound form.
After draft approval: No refund. Binding uses archival materials cut and assembled to your approved specifications.
Inventory Sessions and Storage Reviews
These services are paid in full at booking or at the time of service. Full refund if cancelled at least 3 business days before the appointment. No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 3 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Archival materials already cut, printed, or bound for your project
- On-site travel time for storage reviews that were completed
- Courier delivery fees for folders already dispatched
- Rush binding surcharges once binding has started
Refund Process
Email contact@sitelindenfield.click with your name, service date, and reason for the refund request. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within 14 business days to the original payment account.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge if requested at least 3 business days before the appointment. Second rescheduling incurs a ₩40,000 fee. Rescheduling within 3 business days is treated as a cancellation.
Folder Updates
Update projects follow the same deposit and approval terms as initial folder preparation. Deposits for updates are refundable before the update session; non-refundable after work begins.
Disputes
If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, contact us at contact@sitelindenfield.click. We review disputes within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction described in our Terms of Service.
