Who This Is For

Families and trustees who hold offline wallets, metal seed backups, or long-term reserve assets across multiple physical locations. If your heirs would struggle to locate or recover stored reserves without you present, this service produces a single bound reference they can follow.

What Is Excluded

• Legal estate planning or will preparation
• Actual transfer of assets or execution of recovery steps
• Ongoing monitoring of wallet balances or market values
• Translation services beyond Korean and English
• Digital backup files or cloud storage setup

Process

1. Initial consultation (90 minutes): You bring or describe each offline wallet, storage medium, and location. We draft a scope document listing every section the folder will contain.
2. Documentation session (2–3 hours): At your premises or our office, we photograph storage locations, verify labels, and record recovery steps you approve.
3. Draft review (60 minutes): You review printed draft pages and mark corrections. No binding occurs until you sign the approval sheet.
4. Binding and delivery: Folder is bound, indexed, and delivered in person or via registered courier within Suwon and greater Seoul.

Preparation

Gather any existing notes, vault keys, safety deposit box records, and a list of family members who should appear in the heir contact sheet. Do not bring seed phrases to the first meeting unless you are prepared to document them in the folder.

Pricing Basis

Starting at ₩480,000 for a folder covering up to three wallets and two storage locations. Additional wallets, locations, or duplicate folders are quoted per item before work begins. A 40% deposit is required to schedule the documentation session.
