2. Services Description

Site Linden Field provides physical documentation services including heir instruction folder preparation, offline wallet inventories, and reserve storage reviews. Our services produce printed and bound materials through in-person consultations. We do not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, or estate planning advice.

3. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape content for commercial redistribution, or use the site to transmit harmful code.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, layout, design, and branding — is owned by Site Linden Field unless otherwise noted. Client-specific folder contents remain the property of the client. We retain no ownership of information you provide for documentation.

5. Service Engagement

Service scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once a documentation session is scheduled, except as described in our Refund Policy. Final folder contents are binding only after client signs the draft approval sheet.

6. Limitation of Liability

Site Linden Field prepares documentation based on information you provide. We are not liable for losses arising from incomplete client information, unauthorized access to delivered folders, or actions taken by heirs based on documented instructions. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential during active projects. Materials are stored in our office only during preparation and are returned or destroyed per client instruction after delivery. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
